Deposit, Registration, and Refunds

Deposit

Everywhere in the world, this two-day weekend program has transformed lives, and as soon as we announce it, our seats fill up fast.
You can choose to pay the full workshop donation or just 50% of it when you make a reservation. Our administrative office will give you a deposit confirmation as soon as your payment is received. The entire amount must be paid thirty days before the workshop begins.

Refunds

We acknowledge that occasionally workshop participants will make reservations for events only to discover they are unable to attend. We ask that in these cases, participants let us know as soon as possible if they must cancel.
Should there be a cancellation thirty days before the session, attendees will receive a full refund or full credit toward the next program within a year.
Should there be a cancellation occurring 15–30 days before the event, attendees will receive full credit for the following workshop within a year. Refunds are not available.
If you need to cancel within the 15 days before the workshop, there won’t be any credits or refunds offered.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may send a substitute. But before the training begins, we must be informed of this change.
